Jacobs 4, Huntley 1: Alissa Lach (2-for-3) and Kara Arceneaux led the Golden Eagles (14-10, 7-4) to a Fox Valley Conference victory with a double and an RBI each. Angela Tribuzzio knocked in the Red Raiders’ (11-12, 6-5) lone run. Amber Livingston (5-3) earned the victory in the circle as she struck out 5 in 7 innings of work while Taylor Larson (9-10) suffered the loss.

Geneva 6, Streamwood 3: Jen Mellenthin knocked in all 3 of the Sabres’ (3-19, 2-12) runs in this Upstate Eight Conference loss. Kellee Conquest suffered the loss in the circle.

St. Edward 13, Aurora Central Catholic 3 (5 innings): Tarah McShane (triple) and Sarah Field (double, triple) knocked in 3 runs each to lead the Green Wave (15-8, 11-3) to a Suburban Christian Conference victory. Field (13-8) earned the victory as she struck out 5.

Crystal Lake South 4, Crystal Lake Central 3: Liz Adams went 2-for-3 with a home run and a RBI to lead the Gators (13-8) to a Fox Valley Conference victory. Samantha Golf (7-1) earned the complete-game victory as she struck out 4.

Burlington Central 10, Hampshire 5: Bekah Harnish belted a home run while Emily Bell recorded a double as the Rockets (14-12, 8-2) earned a Big Northern East victory. Kelsey Johnson (5-3) threw 4 innings for the win while striking out 3. Jen Hurst suffered the loss for the Whip-Purs.
