COD Regional Centers open Fridays, Saturdays over summer

The College of DuPage Regional Centers will be open on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer term.

In addition to being open Mondays to Thursdays, summer weekend hours at the centers begin on June 3 and will be as follows:

Addison: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays

Bloomingdale: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays

Carol Stream: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays

Naperville: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays

West Chicago: 8 a.m. to noon Fridays, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays

Westmont: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays

In addition to summer classes, students and community members can take advantage of a wide variety of services at the regional centers, including registration for courses offered at the centers or on campus in Glen Ellyn; COMPASS Testing; counseling; placement testing; computer access to the COD Library; assistance using resources, myACCESS and Blackboard; and open computer labs for student and community use (call for open hours).

“People can take advantage of what the regional centers offer during this time, especially if they can't make it to the Glen Ellyn campus during the week,” said Mary Klinefelter, director of Academic Partnerships at College of DuPage. The Glen Ellyn campus will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays from June 3 to Aug. 6.
