Wheaton North defeats Glenbard North in OT

Mike Fitzpatrick scored 7 of his team-high 16 points in overtime and Ryan Jordan scored all 5 of his in the extra session to lift Wheaton North to a 70-61 DuPage Valley Conference victory over Glenbard North on Thursday in Carol Stream.

Creeping back over the .500 mark, Wheaton North (11-10, 4-6) added 15 points from Jordan Wayhart and 12 from Jeff Schalk. Glenbard North (8-12, 4-6) was led by the duo of Josh Fleming and Anthony Keener with 22 and 17 points, respectively.

St. Francis 71, Aurora Christian 62:

Ryan Coyle and Mike Scholl scored 22 and 20 points, respectively, and Eric Stout chipped in 16 to lead St. Francis to the Suburban Christian Conference crossover win in Wheaton. The Spartans improved to 11-10. Aurora Christian (10-15) got 24 points from Dean Danos, 13 from Nick Marema.

Stevenson 46, Glenbard West 44:

The Hilltoppers lost the nonconference game in overtime in Lincolnshire. Glenbard West (7-13) was led by Michael Mache with 15 points. Michael Fleming led Stevenson with 11.
