Bloomingdale library hosts spring concert May 22

Singer Mary Anne Riehl will bring her band, Nightclub in the Afternoon, to the Bloomingdale Public Library from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 22.

Join Mary Anne and her musicians for a concert featuring music, singing, fun, and standards from the 1920s, '30s, and '40s. All ages are welcome!

Back in 2002 Mary Anne Riehl began entertaining audiences with Nightclub in the Afternoon - a luncheon, musical performance, and dancing event - at a Chicago restaurant. At present, she is bringing music to her audiences including retirement communities, libraries, women's clubs, senior centers, jazz clubs, fundraisers, and a variety of private and gala events. Her recently recorded CD, entitled “Then and Now”, has been released and is currently available.
