Masquerade Ball to benefit Make-A-Wish

The fourth annual Masquerade Ball benefiting Make-A-Wish Illinois will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at Crystal Lake Holiday Inn, 800 S. Route 31.

A Million Dreams raises money to grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions by donating the monies raised from this event and others throughout the year. They request wishes be granted in and around local communities.

This is a formal event and a mask is a must. Entertainment will be provided by Baticua Entertainment and new this year, live performances by Lowdown Brass Band.

The event includes butler and buffet style hors d'oeuvres; candy table to take you back in time; silent auction with electronic bidding; mask contest; mystery boxes; surprise balloons; wine pull and craft pull; and prize wheel.

New this year is VIP Package with easy check in/out process, valet parking, choice of wine or beer tasting, table around dance floor, free spin on prize wheel, take-away gift.

General admission is $50 for individual. VIP admission is $64.99 for individual.
