Book sale to benefit MCC scholarships

The American Association of Women in Community Colleges will host a "Books are Fun" sale, featuring books and gift items from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, in the Commons area in Building B at the McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake.

The book sale will feature new, high quality and affordably priced books for children and adults and gifts for the holidays. A percentage of the sale proceeds will support student scholarships at MCC.
