Two local bands put on free Halloween concert

Come if you dare to a joint Halloween concert with the McHenry County College Concert Band and the Crystal Lake Community Band at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, at Cary-Grove High School, 2208 Three Oaks Road in Cary.

The concert will provide a fun-filled family event with spooky music performed by approximately 130 musicians. Featured songs include "The Headless Horseman," "The Face of Voldemort," "Mars," and "The Haunted Carousel."

Candy will be provided at a trick-or-treat reception after the concert. Costumes are encouraged.
