Melon and Sorbet with Mint Sugar
½ cup sugar ¼ cup finely chopped mint leaves 4 slices cantaloupe, rind removed Store-bought sorbet of your choice 4 slices honeydew melon, rind removedPlace the sugar and mint in a food processor and process until well combined. To serve, place the cantaloupe slices on serving plates and top with scoops of sorbet and a slice of honeydew melon. Sprinkle with the mint sugar and serve.
