McHenry County College to offer children's classes

Discovery Crew classes at McHenry County College for children in pre-kindergarten through third grade will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday and Dec. 8.

Classes are designed for parents' convenience just before the busy holidays. Classes are offered in science, math, geography and art. Parents may choose to send their child to one or both of these dates for classes that are designed to engage the youngsters in active learning and discoveries of the world around them.

The classes will be held in the Children's Learning Center in Building C at McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake.
