Christ Church Oak Brook hosts COVID-19 vaccine clinic May 11

Christ Church will hold ongoing COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Tuesday, May 11, at its Oak Brook campus.

The church, located at 501 Oak Brook Road in Oak Brook, is an approved vaccine clinic location.

Attendees seeking the Moderna two-shot vaccine or the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) one-dose vaccine can schedule an appointment for the May 11 here or visiting www.ihealthsc.com/vaccine-clinics/. Visit ChristChurch.us/events for additional clinic dates as they come available.

This clinic is free and open to any person, age 18 years or older. Those who receive the Moderna shot will schedule to receive their second and final dose four weeks later on Tuesday, June 8. No additional appointment is needed for the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine. The clinic will have forms that can be completed onsite for those unable to print and complete prior.

Registrations are requested but not required. Walk-ins will be accepted. People should plan to enter the building about five minutes before their scheduled appointment time. The registration link is at signup.com/go/AoffqcL.

There will be a board outside for those with special needs who cannot enter the building and the administrating physician will go outside and assist these individuals with getting the vaccine.
