VNA mobile clinic stops in West Chicago

The City of West Chicago has received information about a VNA Mobile Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at St. Andrews Church, 155 N. Prince Crossing Road in West Chicago.

This testing is for those with or without COVID-19 symptoms by appointment only and is for existing or new patients of VNA Health Care. If experiencing severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or confusion, call 911.

As part of the pre-test assessment and testing, individuals will be assessed by a VNA doctor or nurse practitioner immediately prior to COVID-19 testing during the same appointment:

Insurance will be billed for these services. Accepted insurance plans are: Medicaid (Blue Cross Community, Meridian, IlliniCare); Medicare Parts A & B (must have both); Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plus (must have both Medicare Part A & B as primary)

Other in-network health plans are: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO; and Plus: Cigna.

No insurance? Your pre-test assessment and COVID-19 specimen testing are now being provided at no cost to you and are being covered under the provider relief fund.

VNA Health Centers, which are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, are located in: Aurora, 400 N. Highland Ave.; Romeoville, 160 N. Independence Blvd.; Elgin, 800 Villa St.; and Carol Stream, 350 S. Schmale Road, Suite 150. For appointments, call (630) 892-4355 or (847) 717-6455.
