  In the nine months since Henry Owens of Carpentersville lost both his legs in a parasailing accident, community members have come together to help the former youth sports coach regain his mobility independence. Owens and his family are being provided a Honda Odyssey van that is being modified to allow him to drive again. A ramp for Owens' new van was demonstrated on Friday at the Crystal Lake Midas shop.
