Act FAST Stroke Education is a Wellness Ministry Program sponsored by Advocate Hospitals and Ivanhoe Congregational Church, United Church of Christ. It will be held on Tuesday, May 15 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm at the church located at 21078 W Route 176 in Mundelein. Please enter the church through the back door.
