A Country Music Salute to Veterans
A country music salute to veterans will be held Saturday November 11 at 7 p.m. at the Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church, 149 W. Brush Hill Rd., Elmhurst. This is a fundraiser benefitting Love Christian Clearinghouse and local veterans groups featuring Darryl Worley; known for his post-911 hit song "Have you forgotten?" and special guest Andrew Salgado, Darien native and Nashville-based recording artist.
There will also be a silent and live auction featuring autographed items. Love CC is a partnership of churches working together to help our neighbors in need move forward with their lives. To purchase tickets http://www.love-cc.org/concert.
