MCC students to Take Back the Night April 12

The Student Peace Action Network of McHenry County College will sponsor its seventh annual Take Back the Night event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, in the Luecht Conference Center at the college, 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake.

The event aims to raise awareness of sexual violence and will feature a resource fair, speakers and a march outside around the campus to raise awareness of sexual violence and help in healing.

The event will conclude with a vigil around a fire pit by the peace pole on the patio outside of the cafeteria.
