MCC to offer FAFSA financial aid workshop Feb. 18

Students who need money for college can apply for financial aid at a hands-on workshop to complete the federal financial aid form online using college computers from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in Room A113 at McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14 in Crystal Lake.

Appointments are required.

Staff members from the Office of Financial Aid at MCC will help students and/or parents complete the online form for the 2016-17 Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The FAFSA form is the required document that students must complete in order to be considered for federal and state grants, work-study, and student loans.
