Algonquin church to host Heavenly Chocolate Fest

The Congregational Church of Algonquin, 109 Washington St., will host the fifth annual Heavenly Chocolate Fest with all things sweet from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 28.

Vendors from all over northern Illinois will bring their chocolate and sweet treats just in time to fill Easter baskets.

Last year, more than 500 people attended. In addition to the chocolate, there will be sandwiches and beverages available for purchase, face painting for the kids and more.
