New women's therapy group offered by Centegra Health

Centegra Health System will offer a new therapy group called "Women's Way" that will focus specifically on women's issues related to self-esteem, developing a healthy relationship with themselves and others, cultivating a healthy lifestyle and more.

This interactive and educational therapy group is designed to help women discover their strengths and gain new strategies to help them find their ways back to themselves. This therapy group is led by Kelly Bauman, PsyD., licensed marriage and family therapist with Centegra Physician Care.

The group provides an opportunity to learn new skills and coping strategies to help women navigate the stressors in their lives. Women are encouraged to put aside everyone else's demands to focus on their own needs in this supportive group environment.

The first session will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 9 in the Crystal Lake Medical Arts Building conference room, 360 Station Drive in Crystal Lake. For more information, call (800) 765-9999. Visit centegra.org.
