Hands-on computer training offered at MCC's Shah Center

The McHenry County College Shah Center offers hands-on computer training with access to the most up-to-date techniques and standards in business and industry. New sessions and topics are offered each month and are held at MCC's McHenry, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane.

Registration is under way for the June computer training: Microsoft Excel 2013 Series takes place from 8 a.m. to noon beginning Tuesday, June 20. and Microsoft Access 2013 Series takes place from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. also starting June 20.

In July, seminars include Windows 10 on July 19 and What's New in Office 2016 on July 17 as well as a Basic course for the current version of Excel 2016 on July 17 and 19. Additional computer topics and schedules are available throughout the year.

Courses range in price from $79 for Pivot Tables, $179 for individual Excel, Word and Access courses to $479 for the Excel Series. For course details, times, descriptions and skill level information, call the Shah Center at (815) 455-8593 or email shahcenter@mchenry.edu.
