Companies and organizations are always interested in business intelligence - raw data that can be turned into actionable knowledge. This need for business intelligence manifests itself in many forms. The Workforce Community and Business Programs will offer two courses to help business professionals deliver information and data: "Excel 2013 Dashboards" from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday and Thursday, March 14 and 16, and an "Excel 2013: Formulas and Functions Made Easy" from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 16.

Dashboards are reporting mechanisms that deliver business intelligence in a graphical form.
