Health, Fitness and Nutrition Expo returns for second year

Park Place, 406 W. Woodstock St., in Crystal Lake, will be hosting the second annual Health, Fitness and Nutrition Expo from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12. Admission is free.

A wealth of information will be available from the following businesses and organizations. In addition, all vendors will have consultants available on site to answer your questions, and many are offering special promotional offers and discounts. Raffle prizes will be awarded to expo attendees throughout the event.
