Mt. Prospect moms start Swapadventure
Mount Prospect residents Angelika Babich and Maggie Pawelko are founders of Swapadventure, a new business that helps people all around the world.
Swapadventure hosts free events at fun venues such as: Chick-fil-a, Bounce Kingdom, Menchie's and Lucyna's Golfingers Salon, just to name a few.
They invite moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas or anyone who has a child in their family to swap any maternity to young adult items such as: maternity clothes, any children's clothes, books, toys, sports gear, homecoming dresses and much more. There is never a fee for the events. They want everyone to be able to swap any items that their children may not use anymore for free so another child may benefit from.
What's also wonderful is that all the businesses who hosts events for us provide a free incentive to everyone who is part of the Swapadventure event! For instance, Chick-fil-A gave everyone, who was part of the Swapadventure event, a free breakfast sandwich and a dinner entrée. Bounce Kingdom provided free kids admission for everyone that were part of the Swapadventure event.
Swapadventure also helps businesses benefit from our events. Businesses are able to market themselves to new and existing customers by bringing people to their door.
Moms and dads are happy they get to save money on kid items and enjoy a free event.
Swapadventure also encourages families to donate whatever is leftover from the swap event to the Children in Need. Swapadventure donates quarterly to local and international orphanages and shelters all around the world.
What else is great about Swapadventure is that we work super hard to make sure that the donations are going directly to the children who really need it. It's very important for Swapadventure to make people feel good about knowing where their stuff is going and that is why Swapadventure builds relationships with various orphanages and shelters around the world so they know exactly what's needed for these children.

All events are free.! In fact, they say nothing is free in America but not anymore. Swapadventure is and is about to change that to everyone.
