Submitted by Pioneer Center for Human Services

The winners of the 2013 Communicator Awards were recently announced by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

And thanks to the creative and dedicated work of LeadingIT Solutions and Kevin Lucca of Lucca Alla Mode, Pioneer Center’s newly redesigned website is a two-time winner.

Pioneer Center and LeadingIT Solutions received two design awards, a Silver Award of Distinction for website — Nonprofit Organization and a Silver Award of Distinction for Visual Appeal for www.pioneercenter.org.

“We are so grateful for the honor of being recognized. Far more than a simple online presence, the new website offers visitors a modern and innovative experience,” said Laurie Bivona, director of marketing for Pioneer Center.

“LeadingIT Solutions helped transform PioneerCenter.org into a highly functional and visually pleasing website. Something definitely award-worthy.”

With more than 6,000 entries received from across the U.S. and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring the creative excellence for communications professionals.

“We are both excited and amazed by the quality of work received for the 19th annual Communicator Awards. This year’s class of entries is a true reflection of the progressive and innovative nature of marketing and communications,” noted Linda Day, executive director of the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

“On behalf of the entire academy, I want to applaud this year’s Communicator Awards entrants and winners for their dedication to perfecting their craft as they continue to push the envelope of creativity.”
