Cool pool fun in Bensenville!

Fun was had by all as NEDSRA conducted its weekly Water Exercise class at the Bensenville pool. The weather was perfect for a nice swim and chat with friends. NEDSRA staff helped the participants to stretch their muscles, strengthen their arms and legs, and enjoy the freedom of movement that comes from not being confined to a wheelchair or a walker.
