'A Food Lover's Paradise' food tasting to benefit children, adults with disabilities
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL (September 18, 2012) – On Tuesday, Oct. 16, Arlington Toyota–Scion in Palatine will be transformed into a culinary wonderland as Clearbrook hosts its fourth annual "Around The World Food Tasting."
Guests will mix and mingle while savoring samples of house specialties from 20 of the area's best restaurants. New this year will be the opportunity to learn to make perfect pastas during food demonstrations by Williams Sonoma. Proceeds from this exciting evening will benefit the 3,400 children and adults with disabilities supported by Clearbrook.
Local restaurants include: Allgauer's On The Riverfront, Biggby Coffee, Birch River Grill, BlackFinn American Grille, Fancy Food Catering, Francesca's Tavola, Joe's Crab Shack, La Roca Tapas, Lou Malnati's, Mago Grill and Cantina, Pinstripes, Saladworks, Something's Cooking Catering, Sullivan's Steakhouse, Treats By Christine, TTOWA, Vittorio De Roma, and Williams Sonoma.
Additional event highlights include a special welcome by 101.9fm THE MIX morning show co-host Kathy Hart, a chance to win exciting prizes from the “Pick A Card” game, and a silent auction.
