Christian Heritage students receive Distinguished Christian High School awards
Three 11th-grade students from Christian Heritage Academy in Northfield, has been awarded the Association of Christian Schools International Distinguished Christian High School Award (DCHSS).
On May 3, 2012, Christian Heritage Academy presented the following awards to: Joshua Kim of Glenview for the category of Leadership, Lauren Butz of Mount Prospect for the category of Christian Service, and Joy Lee of Vernon Hills for the category of Academics.
Each student's mentor read their recommendation letter and presented their award to the students. Congratulations for your outstanding achievement!
"The Distinguished Christian High School Student (DCHSS) program identifies and honors outstanding juniors and seniors of ACSI member high schools worldwide. Schools may choose a maximum of the top 10% from the junior class and the top 10% from the senior classes for each category - Academics, Leadership, Fine Arts, Athletics, Christian Service."
