Lake Co. YMCA Spring II Program registration begins April 2

It's time to think spring again at Lake County Family YMCA.

Registration for the wide variety of quality Spring II programs for the whole family offered at its Vernon Hills and Waukegan branches opens up to the general public on April 2. It's the community's opportunity to sign up for springtime activities that encourage the four core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility at Central Lake YMCA, 700 Lakeview Parkway in Vernon Hills, and Northern Lake YMCA, 2000 Western Ave. in Waukegan.

Fitness classes offered include ZumbAtomics for kids, Piloxing and Yoga/Pilates. Community members also will be able to register for other activities at the Y such as family swim lessons, martial arts, music lessons, learning CPR and little chef's classes beginning April 2.

Be sure to sign up by April 7 to avoid higher late-registration fees for some classes.

For more information, see the online program guides at www.ymcalakecounty.org. or visit either the Northern Lake or Central Lake branch.
