McHenry County Youth Orchestras to present 'Heroes & Adventures'

The McHenry County Youth Orchestras will present their pops concert, “Heroes & Adventures,” at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at the Raue Center for the Arts, 26 N. Williams St. in Crystal Lake.

See the award-winning “Youth Orchestra of the Year 2011” as they perform music from some recent movie heroes and adventures. If you are fans of Superman, the Dark Knight, Harry Potter and Frodo of “Lord of the Rings,” come share some adventures with the Intermezzo Orchestra, conducted by Andrew Malovance, and the Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Music Director Eugene Power.
