Montini clinches Blue title
Kateri Stone scored 13 points, Tianna Brown added 9 points and 10 rebounds and No. 6 Montini overwhelmed Walther Lutheran in the second half for a 61-24 win in Lombard. Montini (21-5, 7-0 Suburban Christian Conference Blue), leading 21-16 at halftime, outscored Walther Lutheran (16-8, 5-3) 40-8 in the second half to clinch a share of the SCC Blue title.
Neuqua Valley 68, Streamwood 45:
Megan Doody poured in 23 points for No. 11 Neuqua (18-5, 6-4 Upstate Eight Valley), which jumped out to a 17-3 lead after a quarter in Naperville. Kristen Moore added 10 points.
Metea Valley 56, Lake Park 45:
Bria Walker tossed in 19 points for the visiting Mustangs (12-11, 5-5 Upstate Eight Valley), who won their fourth straight to go over .500 for the first time this season. Amira Turner added 6 rebounds and Anna Petersen 6 steals as Metea led 20-9 after a quarter. For Lake Park (8-13, 2-7) Alyssa Hernandez scored 15 points.
Hinsdale South 44, Downers Grove South 35:
Toni Romiti scored 8 of her 13 points in the decisive third quarter for the No. 12 Hornets in Downers Grove.

Illiana Christian 74, Glenbard South 69 (OT):
The Raiders (8-9, 4-3) lost a tough one in the Metro Suburban Conference. Jon Berrospi led Glenbard South with 18 points while Matt Jeske and Dusko Despot each scored 10 points.
Elmwood Park 62, Fenton 58:
Fenton (2-18, 1-5) rallied from an 11-point deficit after three quarters but fell in its Metro Suburban Conference game. Colin Wallace paced the Bison with 20 points and Jeremy Shimanek added 16 points.
