Bartlett 54, Downers North 36: Matt Chaltin had 18 points, Jon Leigeber 15 and Lorenzo Mitchell 14 as the Hawks (3-0) won again at the Wheaton Academy tournament. Bartlett led just 26-22 at halftime but doubled up Downers North in the second half.

Kaneland 53, CL South 43: The Gators fell to 0-2 at the Windmill City Classic in Batavia. Sam Schumaker had 11 points and Xoni Veseil 9 for CL South.

Jacobs 65, Normandy 39: A might after getting beat by a buzzer-beating 3-pointer in overtime, Jacobs roared back for a big win at the Quincy tournament. Will Schwerdtmann led the balanced Golden Eagles’ attack with 13 points while Nick Ledinsky added 12 and Brad Cleveland 11. Jacobs concludes tournament play tonight against the host Blue Devils.

Luther North 66, Elgin Academy 45: Conner Flexman had 23 points to lead Elgin Academy in this loss at the Westminster Christian tournament.
