Quick Carrot Raisin Wrap

2 carrots, peeled and grated

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon raisins

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 whole grain tortilla or flat bread

Combine the carrots, Greek yogurt and raisins in a bowl and toss with a fork to blend.

Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla and add the carrot mixture to the center. Roll up tightly and cut in half.

Serves one to two.
