Jacob Piper of St. Charles, 2, sits patiently on car #304 before it leaves, during the South Elgin River Fest Express and Trolley Fest, on Sunday. The car was built by the St. Louis Car Company in 1923, and is one of three, of its kind still left and opperating. The Fox River Trolley Museum celebrated the long weekend with food, music, trolley rides, exhibits, and viewing historic trolley cars.
