Pork Tenderloins in Alfredo Sauce

2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Montreal-style steak seasoning, to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 red pepper, seeded, halved and sliced

1 medium onion, halved and and sliced

1 jar (15 ounced) roasted garlic alfredo sauce

Heat oven to 375 degrees.Put the pork in a shallow baking dish and season all over with steak seasoning and drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil it. Cover with aluminum foil and bake about an hour or until tender.Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet or wok over on medium heat; saute peppers and onions until browned.When the pork is cooked (don#146;t turn off oven) let stand a few minutes uncovered and slice into about frac12;-inch pieces. Put back in baking dish and cover with peppers and onions and Alfredo sauce on top. Cover and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes to heat through.Serves four to six.
