Creamy Celery Chicken
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2-3 ribs celery, diced
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 cans (10.5 ounces each) low sodium cream of celery soup
Brown chicken in pan with a little oil. Pull out of pan and set aside. Saute onions and celery until translucent. Add chicken, and then pour soup over chicken. Serve over rice or pasta. To add spice to dish, sprinkle serving with cayenne pepper.Serves two to four.
