Shrimp Linguine

4 bunches green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

7 cloves garlic, chopped

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups dry white wine

¼ cup dry chicken granules

4 tablespoons margarine

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon adobo all-purpose seasoning (such as Goya)

½ cup grated romano or parmesan cheese

1 pound cooked shrimp, tails removed

4-5 plum tomatoes, chopped

1 pound linguine, cooked

In a large skillet, cook onions and garlic in oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently so the garlic does not burn.Add wine, chicken granules, margarine, basil, Italian seasoning, Goya and romano cheese; bring to a boil and add shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.Serve over linguine or your favorite pasta.Serves eight.
