Youth theater to stage 'Narnia' Feb. 18-20

Students, age 8-18, of the Christian Youth Theatre Chicago (Aurora Area) proudly present "Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18; 2 and 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20 at the Oswego East High School Performing Arts Center, 1525 Harvey Road.

C.S. Lewis' children's classic story has been adapted for theater with original music and more adventure!

This musical follows Lucy, her sister Susan and her brothers Peter and Edmund as they enter the magical kingdom of Narnia through the back of an old wardrobe.

Come be a part of the adventure as the children help Aslan the Lion save Narnia from destruction by the evil White Witch.

This show features local Downers Grove residents and North High School students Rich Barker as Mr. Tumnus, the fawn man who befriends little Lucy in the land of Narnia and Brian Barker as Professor Digory, the caregiver of the children and keeper of the secret of the wardrobe.
