Outlook: Waubonsie coach Paul Murphy called Lake Park a young team trying to find itself: "To me that's a dangerous team to be playing." The Warriors survived bruising Bartlett, and among those battered was quarterback Tommy Kolzow (shoulder; questionable). Tommy Wooten and a swarming defense hope to jump on Lake Park quickly. Confidence may be an issue for the Lancers, who've had trouble finishing drives. Coach Andy Livingston says they're "literally inches away from competing with everybody." Waubonsie Valley will test the Lancers' strength on the offensive line: Anthony Berkman, Bryce Miller, Nick Borre, Matt Shannon, A.J. Gehant.
