Outlook: Lake Park started last year with a win over Conant and ended it with a loss at Conant - in a second-round playoff game to Fremd. Lake Park coach Andy Livingston's 17-year tenure is coming to an end with his retirement as the program tries for consecutive playoff berths for the first time since 2002-03. "We had a great group of seniors that are gone but we have another great group of seniors," Livingston said. A veteran offensive line anchored by Division I tackle prospect Nick Borre (6-4, 280) should ease the transition for sophomore QB Zach Gehant. "Lake Park is always decent but they did graduate a lot of players," said Conant coach Bill Modelski, whose team will also have a lot of underclassmen getting their first varsity experience.
