Stuffed Meatballs
1 cup dry stuffing mix 1#189; pounds lean ground beef #8531; cup whole milk 1 can (about 10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon ketchup Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 1 cup stuffing according to package directions and let cool. In a large bowl combine beef and milk. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Divide into six patties; place on wax paper. Use another piece of wax paper to flatten into 6-inch circles. Place a teaspoon of stuffing into middle of each and roll into balls. Place in 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine soup, Worcestershire and ketchup and pour over meatballs. Cook 35-40 minutes without turning, or until sauce is golden brown. Serves six.
