ECC, Bradley team up Elgin Community College and Bradley University officials will sign an agreement today that will allow high-achieving ECC students an opportunity to apply for a $3,500 scholarship toward Bradley's tuition. Under the agreement, 20 Presidents' Scholarships - $3,500 apiece - will be available to ECC students transferring to Bradley. To be eligible, students must have a grade-point average of 3.25 or higher and either 30 transferable hours or an ECC associate degree.Garden club meetingThe Pottawatomie Garden Club meets at noon today at the St. Charles Library, 1 S. The Skaldic was one of 29 to receive an award out of the 425 submitted magazines. Student editors for the 2009 Skaldic were 2009 graduates Patrick Donovan and Clayton Guse.
