WW South completes weekend sweep

WW South 50, West Chicago 36: The Tigers (11-3, 4-1) capped a weekend sweep of DuPage Valley Conference games by beating the Wildcats (2-13, 0-5) on the road. Reilly O'Toole led all scorers with 17 points and Will Dolatowski scored 12 points. Charles Jacques had 12 points for West Chicago.

Naperville Central 63, Wheaton North 50: A balanced effort paved the way for the Redhawks' DuPage Valley Conference road win. Matt Neufeld scored 17 points and grabbed 9 rebounds while David Niggins had 13 points and 12 boards. Bobby Czarnowski added 14 points for Naperville Central (10-5, 3-2). Jordan Wayhart knocked down four 3-pointers and scored 14 points for Wheaton North (6-8, 2-3). Jeff Schalk scored 13 points.

St. Francis 39, Chicago Christian 37: The Spartans (5-9, 4-0) hung on to stay unbeaten in the Suburban Christian Blue. Joe Pfeiffer led all scorers with 14 points. Mark Schmitt scored 11 points.

Lisle 47, Walther Lutheran 44: Chris Wray poured in a game-high 21 points and grabbed 8 rebounds for the Lions (7-10) in their nonconference win. Marcus Wilson scored 10 points.

Wheaton Academy 89, Heritage Christian (Ind.) 79: Tim Rusthoven's 28 points led Wheaton Academy (14-1) to the win in Indianapolis. Anthony Ritchie scored 21 points and Luke Johnson added 12 points.

Immaculate Conception 68, Aurora Christian 64: The Knights (8-8, 2-2) rallied from a 50-45 deficit after three quarters behind Phillip Albreski's 22 points in the Suburban Christian Gold game. Michael Randick and Demitrius Mobley each scored 10 points.

Timothy Christian 72, Holland (Mich.) Christian 56: Rob Stein's 32 points powered the Trojans (12-4) to the nonconference win. Reggie Greenwood added 21 points.
