Graham leads Wheaton North to win

Wheaton North 60, West Aurora 45: Lauren Graham powered in 19 points and Fantasia Vine, in her first full game back from a dislocated thumb injury, added 14 for the Falcons (4-5, 2-1 DuPage Valley Conference). A.K. Feltes chipped in 10 points. Kiara Towles had 12 points for West Aurora.

Glenbard West 54, Providence 49: The Hilltoppers (9-4) jumped out to a 16-6 lead after a quarter and held on at the Benet/Naperville North Holiday Tournament in Naperville. Abbey White scored 20 points and Cayla Herbst 11 for Glenbard West.

Glenbard East 66, Sandwich 44: Jamie Klepetka poured in 15 points and Michaela Stranski 13 to pace the Rams (6-7) at the Oswego Holiday Tournament.

Timothy Christian 40, Elmwood Park 22: Block scored 11 points and Dykema 10 for the visiting Trojans (5-5), who ran out to a 16-7 lead after a quarter.
