Harper lecture on Afghanistan
Harper College student Nooria Bibi spent last summer campaigning for her husband's presidency in war-torn Afghanistan. He didn't win, but Bibi discusses her experiences during a lecture at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3. Her talk, which is open to the public, takes place in Room A243 of Building A at Harper College, located at Algonquin and Roselle roads in Palatine.
