Huntley d. South Elgin: The Red Raiders (7-3) came out strong in their nonconference match at South Elgin (1-4-1) defeating the Storm 25-9, 25-22.

Amy Dion and Amanda Carroll led Huntley with 6 kills and 16 assists respectively while South Elgin was led by Alyssa Krause with 4 kills.

Cary-Grove d. Harvard: The Trojans (8-1) continued to stay hot as they easily handled Harvard 25-21, 25-9 in Tuesday night action. Junior outside hitter Kelly Lamberti dominated at the net with a team-high 15 kills while Abbey Heredia had a stellar passing game adding 24 assists. Kayla Klinger paced the defense with 7 digs.

Jacobs d. Lincoln Way East: The Golden Eagles (2-6) rallied after dropping game one to come back and earn a 20-25, 26-24, 25-22 victory over Lincoln Way East. Alyssa Ehrhardt and Taylor Lesner paced Jacobs with 9 and 8 kills respectively. Quinn Luehring led with a team-high 12 assists and also recorded 12 digs while Rebecca Jobst paced the defense with 13 digs.
