Italian Meatballs
1 pound ground beef, 85 percent lean

cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced

cup parmesan, grated
⅔
cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
With your hands, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into balls using rounded tablespoons. Place meatballs in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce.
Makes about 18 meatballs.
