Antioch

•Vandals cracked a plastic mailbox and wood carved German shepherd dog on top of the mailbox between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Oct. 31 at a home on the 41400 block of Lakeview Terrace. Damage was estimated at $200.

Deer Park

•Kurt R. Eldrup, 40, 20429 Rand Road, Deer Park, was arrested around 8:05 p.m. Oct. 27 at his home and charged with felony aggravated battery to a police officer and three counts of resisting a police officer. A court date was not available.

Fox Lake

•Burglars broke into a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara between 11 p.m. Oct. 31 and 10 a.m. Nov. 1 on the 300 block of Devlin Road, but nothing appeared to be missing. Damage was estimated at $200.

Grayslake

•Scotty Sean, 18, 817 Essex Circle, Grayslake, was arrested Oct. 30 at Atkinson Road and Center Street after a traffic stop and charged with possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of drugs. His court date is Nov. 25.

Gurnee

•Thomas P. Mucia, 53, 309 W. Tree House Lane, Round Lake, was arrested around 12:50 p.m. Nov. 5 at Home Depot, 6625 Route 132, and charged with theft after employee Mucia stole shingles and PVC pipes and elbows. The total value was estimated at $1,167. Mucia pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft and was placed on 12 months court supervision Feb. 23, 2009. He completed his court supervision on Feb. 22, 2010. As a result, no judgment of guilty was entered against him in the court record.

Island Lake

•Thieves stole a yellow 2001 Acura Integra two-door hatchback (plate number: X22 6251) with a cell phone and purse overnight Nov. 6-7 on the 700 block of Nantucket Way. A value estimate was not available.

•Kirill Gorin, 37, 5108 N. Central Park Ave., Chicago, was arrested around 2:45 p.m. Nov. 2 at Best Buy, 207771 Rand Road, and charged with felony retail theft and resisting a police officer. A court date was not available.

•Gina E. Tricomi, 37, 785 N. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, was arrested around 1:10 a.m. Nov. 4 on Midlothian Road at Echo Lake Road and charged with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance, traffic violations, and driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. A court date was not available.

•Thieves made several unauthorized purchases using the credit card of a resident on Regent Lane, reported at 10:01 a.m. Nov. 7. No value estimate was available.

•Thieves stole merchandise and checks from a business in the 300 block of Village Green, reported at 3:23 p.m. Nov. 7. No value estimate was available.

•Officers performing alcohol sale checks between 5:35 and 7:20 p.m. Oct. 17 arrested three clerks and charged them with illegal sale of alcohol to a minor: Elizabeth C. Montiel, 31, 412 Forest Glen, Round Lake Park, in a store at 515 N. Lake Road; Rupal P. Tailor, 36, 526 W. Fairborn, Round Lake, in a store at 151 Belvidere Road; and Diana L. Soto, 20, 24707 Norelius Drive, Round Lake, in a store at 234 N. Cedar Lake Road. A court date is Nov. 25.

Vernon Hills

•Tanesha D. Hardy, 25, 1609 Boardman St., Waukegan, was arrested Nov. 2 at Milwaukee Avenue and Greggs Parkway and charged with traffic violations, illegal transportation of open alcohol, and driving under the influence. Her court date is Dec. 3.

•Miguel Mereles-Chavez, 42, 2704 N. Butrick St., Waukegan, was arrested Nov. 2 at Sears in Westfield Hawthorn mall and charged with retail theft after he took a video-game system valued at $130. His court date is Nov. 24.

Wauconda

•Tiffany L. Andrew, 25, and Miguel A. Estrada, 27, both of 3214 Vista, McHenry, were arrested around 2:25 a.m. Nov. 1 on the 100 block of Slocum Lake Road and charged with disorderly conduct. Their court date is Dec. 10.
