Wauconda Township Seniors Club: Today is the deadline to register for the Wauconda Township Seniors Club's annual Thanksgiving luncheon being held at noon Nov. 6, at the Wauconda Township Hall. Lake County Astronomical Society: The Lake County Astronomical Society will meet 7:30 p.m. today at the Volo Bog State Natural Area visitor center in Ingleside. Bicycle Club of Lake County: The Bicycle Club of Lake County will sponsor a Singles Ride at 9 a.m. Saturday at Old School Forest Preserve, St. Mary's Road, north of Route 60 and about ½ mile south of Route 176, Libertyville. The ride is for singles of all ages interested in cycling. It is an easy 12-15-mile trail ride at a conversational pace of 12 mph; no one will be left behind. Meet at the trail parking lot, first lot on the left side on the one-way loop road. Helmets are required. Socializing after the ride. Lincolnshire Garden Club: The Lincolnshire Garden Club will hold its 32nd annual benefit and auction from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, at the home of Meri Finocchi in Lincolnshire.
