MCC offers fall class registration
Registration for fall 2007 free adult education classes, including reading, general education development and English as a Second Language will be offered at 9 a.m. or 6 p.m. Sept. 5-6 at McHenry County College.
Reading and GED students meet in Room A368 and ESL students meet in Room A374 at the college, 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake.
The MCC Adult Education classes are held on campus in Crystal Lake and in Woodstock, McHenry, Marengo, Harvard, Cary and Lake in the Hills.
Register at MCC for any fall 2007 classes. Class schedules will be available at registration, or by calling (815) 455-8752.
During registration days Sept. 5-6, prospective students can come to either the morning or evening registration sessions.
Space in the fall classes is limited so it is important to register on either of those dates. When classes are filled, waiting lists will be started. A program orientation will be held at the time of registration. Instructors and staff will welcome the new students and help them to complete forms and assess needs.
Students must arrive promptly at the start time, as it takes between two to three hours to complete the registration and review class information.
Classes meet two days per week Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday and start during the week of Sept. 10. Exact class starting dates will be given out at registration.
