Chopped Chicken, Feta and Apple Salad

8 cups torn hearts of romaine lettuce2 cups chopped grilled chicken (see recipe BELOW)1 large Granny Smith apple (for about 1-1 1/2 cups) 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup White-Wine Vinaigrette (see recipe BELOW)Place the prewashed lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add the chicken. Core and chop the apple (but do not peel), and add to the bowl. Add the cheese and pecans. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately.Serves four.Nutrition values per serving: 356 calories, 27 g fat (6 g saturated), 15 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 17 g protein, 48 mg cholesterol, 723 mg sodium.
