Chef Jarek's Breaded Pork Cutlets

4 pork cutletsSalt and fresh ground pepper 1 garlic clove, chopped1 egg, beaten 8 tablespoons bread crumbs2 tablespoons vegetable oilTenderize cutlets and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Spread chopped garlic over the top of each cutlet.Put egg into a shallow bowl; put crumbs into a shallow bowl. Dip both sides of cutlets in egg and then coat generously with breadcrumbs.Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
